FINANCIAL AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP LITERACY FOR CHILDREN’S EDUCATION (FELCE)

AI Prestige company. it is an excellent initiative that is interested and aims to use of talents and mind management (human resource management and development) and resilience to creative industry and financial growth by strengthening the capacity building of individual, private and government institutions and to integrate accurate information and digital world view into development decision making by basing on idea validation to the new products development and markets expansion.

AI prestige is a company with good mission as such we can raise our children in a certain way to becoming solution givers. Without far, I do, hereby introducing financial and entrepreneurship literacy for children’s education (FELCE).

 

FELCE it is an excellent initiative that is interested and aims to moulding children’s minds to grow up with entrepreneurial spirit, business mindset and resilience to creative industry and financial growth after breaking a habit of unseeking knowledge in the books and make easy access to the relevant books by strengthening children who are 5 to 10 years old at primary and home schools in Rwanda.

 

This is a patch to excellent country with intelligent people, raise future builders, industrial revolution, Proactive solution to Social- economic problems in Rwanda, financial development, Initiating Positive thinking attitude and innovation for wellbeing and create job opportunities through in sound minded people.  As a strategy of engaging the children   in financial and intrapreneurial development and management.

 

The AI Prestige will produce and distribute relevant books for children like are:  an Investment Management, saving and financial etc……. All is therefore, meant to equip children at schools and homes within Rwanda with necessary productive knowledge and awareness in relation to financial, entrepreneurship, creative industry, business growth and its drivers.

 

Everywhere you go to look for jobs it is in an opportunity that comes from someone's head like yours. Therefore, we can raise and educate our children in a certain way which is to nature and moulding them in financial and entrepreneurs’ literacy for the early age as much as possible because they will not turn away while they growing up.

 

 A place with a lot of problems is a sign that there is a lot of uncreative people with gap of entrepreneurship and financial skills. and is also described as a place of great opportunities to people who are grounded in entrepreneurial spirit and business growth with creative minds because such people are enable to turn problems into opportunities.

 

 FELCE program will help in building resilience and nature children with financial and entrepreneurship literacy at primary and home schools in Rwanda. And also influence creative ethics in regards to create an opportunity within environment. Philosophy behind: “we can raise children in a certain way like taking things to the market to get money, not taking the money to the market to get things” thus, we are hoping to make our targeted audience a such high producers than consuming.

 

This program also is looking for partnerships between like-minded individuals, private and government institutions such as Africa new life ministries, Imbuto foundation, Ministry of Education, USAID ect…… With a long-term goal of nature and moulding our children with entrepreneurship and financial literacy at primary level as early as possible.

 

FELCE is part of Anathole’s vison on engaging and build a bright future of our nation. We can raise our children and youth to become solution givers. If you want to make money you will lose it, but if you want to solve problems in the public more money will follow you.

 

                                                  INTRODUCTION

in the 21st century, in the backdrop of a global economic crisis and in an era of economics, understanding the language of money (financial and entrepreneurship literacy), accessing the mainstream financial and entrepreneurship system with dignity, avoiding financial predators and pursuing your aspirational dreams without illegitimate barriers of opportunity, is in fact the freedom we seek today. It is the freedom we have always sought. (Bryant, 2010, para. 6).

 

Africa holds nearly 17% of the world’s population yet children are not natured into entrepreneurships and financial science at earl age unfortunately it is not easy to access relevant materials (book for children). Financial and entrepreneurship literacy for children at primary schools and home studying) are a key driver in bright future and wealthily nation.

 

It is very essential for economics grow through sound minded children and improve quality of life through creative industry’s based on financial and entrepreneurial intelligent.

 

According to United Nations World population prospects, Africa has the world’s largest population of young people, over 30% of Africa’s population currently are under 13 years of age. This goes without saying that the best future activities are in creative mindset of the person and Africa can produce a generation of young professionals that can take charge of sustainable development of their countries.

 

The African Union Agenda 2063, a long-term framework intended to transform Africa in various aspects of life calls for educated and skilled citizens reinforced by entrepreneurship, finance, science and technology. To words on economic transformation as stipulated in the Africa trade Policy Strategy, a document adopted by African Countries on sustainable development.

 

This is indeed a obstacles path for Africa to movement on and starting it without naturing and moulding African children into financial and entrepreneurial esteem.

According to the world bank stated that Africans we are more consumer far than producers due to financial and entrepreneurship illiteracy. According to the African Development Bank stated that less than 25% of African higher education students but many of them didn’t know how to practice skills and knowledge learnt in school.  

 

Unfortunately, most African schools do not nature and moulding children with financial and entrepreneurship literacy at the primary and home school level and yet is a right time to build a foundation within children’s lives.

 

Rwanda has proverbs said Igiti kigororwa kikiri gito (you can prevent a tree from distortion while it is little. Another one says umwana apfira mu iterura (children’s foundation are destroyed in the beginning) therefore, this is a necked reality, if we can’t nature and raised Rwandan children into financial and entrepreneurship (literacy) intelligent at primary and home school level, we have no chance to bright future for ourselves and nation.

 

Approximately, Rwanda has over 2010 primary schools. And we have over million children in those private, public and home schools unfortunately they are not natured and mould into financial and entrepreneurship literacy in the beginning of the time to build an essential foundation and it is not easy to access reinforced materials (financial and entrepreneurship literacy books for children) at schools and home studying. If nothing changes, we are raising many beg persistent, vulnerable and insecure generations due to financial and entrepreneurship illiteracy.

 

Philosophers and scientists have approved that children’s memories who are between 4 to 7 years old, it is impossible to forget whatever events (seen, heard and taught) happened in that set of periods of time therefore, if we intend to improve quality of education and reduce a poverty level and financial crisis   here AI Prestige are to answer them, through in financial and entrepreneurship literacy for children’s education.

Bill gate in collaboration with USAID and governments through are intended to take Africa programs to an engages the youths in use of creative together with technology towards creating a solution to the human problems. But the biggest threat is people who pretending to be highly educated but theirs are illiteracy.

 

AI Prestige is going to incorporates with other local and regional institutions as well in the facilitation, printing and distributing financial and entrepreneurship literacy books for children to use by them at school and home. AI Prestige targets to meet students at primary and home schools in Rwanda as whole.

 

AI Prestige come into existence due to author Mr. Dusengumuremyi Anathole’s experiences and expertise (life story & talents). Thought is a little thing but makes a huge difference in the world. Once upon a time, I was illegitimate /fatherless meant homeless, had non-school fees, no one who cares about my future. I attempted to commit suicide simply because, I looked up, down, left, right, back, and front and I saw nothing good for me in there. The reality is I was wrong without knowing God’s plan and perusing entrepreneurship and financial literacies.  Now days, my life is resourceful and transformation lesson to others.

SCOPE AND AUDIENCE

FELCE it is an excellent initiative that is interested and aims to moulding children’s minds to grow up with entrepreneurial spirit, business mindset and resilience to creative industry and financial growth after breaking a habit of unseeking knowledge in the books and make easy access to the relevant reinforced materials (financial and entrepreneurships books for children) by strengthening children who are 5 to 10 years old at primary and home schools in Rwanda.

 

Problems we are solving:  illiteracy, education dead and unavailable reinforced materials (FELCE books). Pillars  : education, promote and protect. Activits: Polishing a financial and intrepreneurship literacy   books for children’s education and Distribute  those revelent rainforced materials ( FELCE books) to primary and home schools.

 

Mandate:  Writing and publishing books, at least every child should read two more financial and entrepreneurship literacy’s books which is well polished to their level of understanding.

 

Objective: To nature and moulding Rwandan children into financial and entrepreneurship literacy as strong foundation and bridge in use of solution givers to the financial crisis and poor perform of business development across short to long term. Audience or clients: students at primary and home schools from P3 to P6. Methodology: Book review on tv, Radio and at the school Stations, Create 2010 FELCE clubs at the primary schools and book Inventory station per district in Rwanda.

Thematic areas of Focus: financial and entrepreneurship literacy. Geographic Coverage: Rwanda. From 2021 to 2042 the number of participants: 2.5 million. currently number of primary schools is over 2010 and over 100,000 children. Starting point: 40,000 children within 2010. Strength: BBA’s, MBA’s and PhD’s expertise

Conduct of clients during valid contact: The school leaders, teachers together with parents are expected to be in charge of the children conduct. The leaders under AI Prestige or any other participating partners or sponsors will report any misconduct to the seniors in charge for further action in order to have new positive changes.

Tools and information to be used: Financial and entrepreneurship literacy for children’s education. Procedure: A team under AI Prestige will visit children at schools according to the need. They will listen to children’s challenges and progress, ask questions and assess the general reading practice and understanding as whole. Mode: Efficiency, endurance and effectiveness.

 

Envisioned Benefits:  children at primary and home schooling (Meaningful collaboration with other private or government institutions or individuals in the provision of expertise, experience, capacity building and funds. Relevant people and selection Criteria

a). General criteria: Primary schools’ government and private in Rwanda as whole, home studies and Age range 5 to 13 years old

b). Patterns and sponsors criteria : Schedule for the monthly communication between leaders of AI Prestige to sponsors or partners due to an importance of sharing general comments (Progress and challenge) received from schools’ leaders, parents, children and teachers during children involves and engage in financial and entrepreneurship literacy education for children at their level of understanding because our aims is to nature and moulding not only build a foundation of financial and entrepreneurship at right time. 

c). Political criteria: Efficiency and effectiveness. Records keeping and accountability. The use of the government laws in our daily activities in order to play safety and rights

Solutions and activities: education, promote, protect and writing and distribute books which are contented as financial and entrepreneurship literacy for children’s education.
